Guardians who have registered their children as dependents in MySejahtera, iare eligible to get digital vaccination certificate.
Foreigners residing in Malaysia are able to access and view the immunisation record if they get vaccinated in any healthcare facilities in Malaysia.
A child that is born outside Malaysia can get immunised under the National Immunisation Programme and their digital vaccination certificate will be shown in their Mysejahtera application through the immunisation records function.
Please download and update your MySejahtera application to the latest version which is Version 2.0 and register your child as a dependent under your MySejahtera account
There is no limit as to how many children/dependents that can be registered under one MySejahtera account.
Main guardian is the user account that registered a dependent under their account. Co-guardian is someone with another account appointed by the main guardian for the same dependent. The main guardian has to grant access if a co-guardian wishes to access the dependent’s information.
Yes. However, the main guardian will have to nominate co-guardians to allow the same guardianship function inside their MySejahtera accounts.
Yes, the main guardian can appoint someone else as a co-guardian; for example, child’s grandparents, aunt, or uncle.
The process of transferring main guardian can be done through the MySejahtera Helpdesk.
Yes, only if the main guardian allows it.
Yes, only if the other guardian has an access to the vaccination details as allowed by the main guardian.
Yes, you can register your legally adopted child / dependent in your MySejahtera account.
You can request to delete a user data record. The request can be submitted through the MySejahtera Helpdesk feature.
Yes, you may retrieve your child’s data by contacting through the MySejahtera helpdesk.
If a consent is not given, no data records shall be processed. The vaccination digital certificate cannot be displayed in your MySejahtera application.
Should you encounter any problems with the functions in MySejahtera, you can report the problem or inquiry using the MySejahtera Helpdesk inside the mobile app or direct them via email to helpdesk@mysejahtera.org.
For now, the implementation of the digitilisation of infant and child immunization records only involves babies born from 1 July 2022 onwards. Any changes regarding implementation will be notified to KKM and MySejahtera later.
