Forgot Password
Steps if forgot password:-
1. Open your MySejahtera application
2. Click on FORGOT PASSWORD
3. Enter your MySejahtera ID either email or phone number that has been registered previously.
4. For phone numbers, enter the correct country code
5. For Malaysia, start with 6 before entering your phone number.
6. Then click I AM NOT A ROBOT
7. Answer the questions and follow the instructions given
8. When done, press SEND
9. When successful, you will receive a notification via email or a registered phone number.
10. Check the email or sms and press the link provided.
11. For email users, make sure you check on junk email as well.
12. Enter your new password and enter it again for confirmation
13. Press RESET PASSWORD
14. You will receive a SUCCESS notification when your password is successfully reset
15. You can use your new password to log in to the account
